Out of home care, therapeutic fostering and evidence based practice

Profile:

I have been a Social Worker in the out of home care sector for 8 years.  I have a strong interest in resilience, staff and carer development and evidence based practice.  I also focus some of my work and research time in the area of therapeutic fostering and innovative models of caring for children who have survived chronic abuse and neglect.
