Profile:

I am currently employed as the Manager for Social Outreach at St John of God Hospital, Subiaco.  I have previously worked as a social worker in the disability field, in education and in a variety of children's services.  My professional interests the ethics of care, ethics in health care and social justice issues.

Research Interests:

I am currently completing my PhD and looking at "The Moral Dimensions of Care of a Person with a Severe Intellectual Disability from a Parent's Perspective".  My interest centres on the provision of care in society and the ethical/moral issues which arise around care.  I am taking a feminist perspective as a framework for an analysis of the data collected.
